Stellar delivered full design and construction services for a new 290,000鈥憇quare鈥慺oot dry and refrigerated distribution facility in Livermore, California. Originally built for Alliant Foodservice and now owned and operated by US Foods, the facility supports extensive foodservice distribution operations across the region.
The project includes multiple temperature鈥慶ontrolled environments such as freezers, coolers, and refrigerated docks, along with office areas, welfare spaces, and supporting site work and utilities. As a fully integrated design鈥慴uild partner, Stellar provided architectural, engineering, refrigeration, and real鈥慹state鈥搑elated services to meet the client鈥檚 operational and efficiency goals.
